Luke and Mark decided to skip the usual sober October, but wanted to run a self improvement challenge anyway. 2. The Star Principal: How to work for, start or invest in businesses that out perform the market. (Great read for anyone who wants to get the best ROI on their career and investments)
3. Extraordinary Success and How to Achieve it: This gives a roadmap for success and illustrates the steps along the way with real life examples across many disciplines
4. Super Connect: How to harness the power of networks, Luke and Mark advice skipping this one as there is not much you didn't already know about networking in it.
After reading the books Luke and Mark agree on the importance of the 80/20 Principle in particular. This should be in every strategist's tool box and it is a 'must read' in the guys opinion.
